Policies :

-Our team is very sufficient in IV insertion. However, we do know that perfection does not exist. At Flourish Wellness, we only attempt IV sticks twice per policy. After a second time, Patient will be asked to consent for a third attempt. If not successful on third attempt, patient will be asked to reschedule or appointment cancelled. Refund of deposit will be given if IV attempts are unsuccessful.

-All deposits, except for unsuccessful IV attempts, are nonrefundable. If excruciating circumstances occur, please contact our office so we can accommodate your needs.

-All no shows will be charged 50% of service fee. 

-IV infusions take approximately an hour to infuse. This is not including assessment time. Please arrive to appointment 15 minutes early on your first appointment to ensure consents and other administrative paperwork is completed. 15 minute grace period is given.  No shows will be charged full amount of service.

– Walk Ins are welcome on an available basis.
